Hi Frédéric
Is there any possibility to Sync a iSort database between different iOS Devices? (in my case a iPhone 4s and a ipad 1)
Beside of manual export to a PC and then import on the other device, because often i dont have a PC/WLAN to do this when its needed.
two Ideas:
- Is it possible to sync over the icloud? (i mean it works with apple apps like photos or numbers, perhaps there is also a possibility for non apple apps
)
- using "email-Backup": would be great if you could add a email backup: send the cvs export file per email and reimport it directly on the other iOS device. For example with the app 2Do you can do a backup per email (which make a mail with a file 2do.db), then on the other device just hold on the file and it will restore automatically.
And with just cvs the file wont get too big. (perhaps a second option to send photos too, like on the WLAN restore)

Hi,
As you've probably seen on this blog main page, I'm currently working on the next major upgrade of iSort.
In short, yes, iSort V4 will allow to synchronize multiple devices, using iCloud and Dropbox.
Regarding backups, you will be able to save to iCloud, Dropbox, email and even a FTP account.
